What experience do I need to become a franchise owner with Inkredible Dance Floors?
    Are you already involved in the events industry? We are looking for individuals who would benefit from adding an Inkredible Dance Floors business to their existing event business, whether you are an event planner, DJ, decorator, caterer or involved in any other way to the wedding and special events industry. We’re looking for people who are excellent communicators and who excel at customer service. We seek financially qualified owner-operators who are reliable and have a basic knack for technology. We seek business builders who will follow our system and leverage all the benefits that come from owning a polished, well-established special events franchise.
  • What is provided as part of the Inkredible Dance Floors franchise program?
    We are excited to welcome you and up to two others to train with our founder for two days. The first day will consist of classroom training, on the second day you will learn how to install our dynamic floor wraps! We will always be available via phone and email when you need us, and you will have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual, from the moment you are selected to operate a special events franchise with Inkredible Dance Floors.
  • How much will the franchise cost me?
    The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $25,450 to $92,200, depending on the model you choose (full production or lite). This includes a $15,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. Veterans and existing Inkredible Dance Floors contractors will receive a $5,000 discount on the initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
  • Is financing available?
    We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
  • Are there ongoing fees to pay?
    We collect a royalty fee according to a sliding scale, based on the years in business, ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 per month. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of programs, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
  • Are there any advertising fees?
    Franchise owners will be required to spend a minimum flat fee on local Wedding Shows/Events and Open House events. The fee for Year One is $1,200/month, Year Two is $1,800/month, and Year Three and beyond is $2,400/month. Franchise owners will also contribute a flat fee into the brand marketing fund, starting at $200/month in Year One, $300/month in Year Two, and $600/month in Year Three and beyond. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Inkredible Dance Floors brand and cover the creative costs to develop branded marketing materials and campaigns.
  • What is the term of the agreement?
    The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
